Shopping

Can't find the sign I want? No problem, we support any size, shape and graphic design, just email one of our designers and we'll get back to you.

Currently, we offer signs in the following materials: aluminum, self adhesive vinyl sticker,PVC and corrugated plastic.

Wire stakes or frames need to be added to your order and are not automatically included in the order. If there is no corresponding size, you can contact us by email.

Due to different monitor calibrations, some printed colors may not always match the colors displayed on your computer monitor

Lots! CorelDRAW®, Adobe Photoshop®, Adobe Streamline®, Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe PageMaker®, Adobe InDesign®, or QuarkXPress™. AccuformNMC DOES NOT ACCEPT Microsoft® Publisher, PowerPoint® or Word. These formats can only be used for quotation purposes. We cannot download images from websites for production purposes. ACCEPTABLE ARTWORK FILE EXTENSIONS: .art, .ai, .bmp, .cdl, .cdr, .eps, .fs, .gif, .jpg, .qxd, .pcx, .pict, .psd, sci, .tif, or .wmf.

If you're using a photograph, then you should use a good resolution JPG image. Try to find the highest quality image with a file size less than 20 Megabytes (20 MB).

Ordering

After completing the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received an email after checking, please contact us via email.

Contact us as soon as possible with details of the order you wish to cancel. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, so if you no longer wish to receive the order, we recommend that you mark the parcel "Return to Sender" and refuse to accept the order at the time of shipment..

Since most orders are transmitted to our production staff immediately upon submission, it is generally impossible to make corrections or changes to the design submitted for printing. If you have just placed your order, and want to check if changing it is possible, Please contact us immediately.

Yes! Our customers are special to us, so we offer great discounts multiple times a month. After your first purchase you will be added automatically to our email list where you will get great discounts right into your inbox!

Your code can be entered on the Check-out Page. Once the code is entered you will see the discount for the code automatically applied to the total amount.

We accept Paypal and Credit Card Payment, including VISA, Master Card, American Express and more.

Yes, please request an invoice by contacting our support team.

Once your order is fully processed and your card has been authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email or SMS (depends on which contact info you left us) that your order has been successfully charged.

Refund&Return

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

We accept a 30-day return and exchange, which means you can request a return or exchange wthin 30 days after receipt.

Shipping

We strive to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days.(excluding weekends and holidays)

Is currently shipped using express or special shipping lines, the current average shipping time to the world is about 7-15 days.
Delivery times may vary. The Estimated Delivery Date provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. As this is an estimate only cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date. Estimated Delivery Date as Business day, does not include Weekend or holiday.

We offer free shipping on orders over $39. For orders under $39, we charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping.
